In January 2024 the Visitor Centre is open from Friday to Sunday from 10 am to 4 pm. The restaurant Ravintola Talonpöytä Oulanka (talonpoyta.fi) is closed in the winter. Please be prepared when visiting the National Park and bring your own packed lunch. If needed there is a microwave oven provided in the Visitor Centre during the opening hours.

Hautajärvi Visitor Center; Oulanka Visitor Center, Oulanka Camping; Juuma (the village is out of the trail) Ruka ( multiple places) but you can also take river water and boil it before drinking it 🙂; What to take with you for the hike.
