Fallout 2 is one of my favourite games ever but something that always bothered me was the lack of character portraits (talking heads) compared to Fallout 1. This addon aims to solve this by adding many new animated portraits to relevant NPCs. Currently more than 160 are included. This mod is only for the updated version of the Restoration.
