GIMP 2.10.32 with Surface Go Pen. Title, pretty much. I downloaded GIMP from MS Store hoping I'd be able to use my pen with the various pen dynamics (pressure, tilt, etc) that GIMP offers, but it doesn't work - it treats my pen like any mouse pointer. I've checked the Configure Input Device, and there's only the Core Pointer option.
