Having recently purchased a MK4 2.0 duratec I was keen to search the forums for real life modifications and see what other owners had fitted and the associated results. I have found many posts linking duratec tuning pages, from full on 300bhp builds to ST150 tune kits.

Dot 5.1 brake fluid (ford will tell you dot 4 but use 5.1) HEL brake lines, get ones for the focus st, when I did the conversion on my old diesel focus, the st ones fitted it no problem. Go to a scrap yard and get the carriers and calipers off that. But new pads, disks, brake lines and fluid. All in for parts should be around £300-350, fitting.
