EDIT: So, I've downloaded MW05 and ran the textures and native full res (768p), runs fine, well over 40fps (had to turn on Vsync tho, too much screen tearing, so I lost a lot of FPS on that). I'm not sure how I'm supposed to use ENB/SweetFX with all these mods, but I'll do a search and see if I can test things out.
