#1 Biohazard063 Jul 18, 2013 @ 1:28am Upgrade the cloak, it's only 30 scrap for lvl 2 and 60 for lvl3 but the extra time you get can make a big difference. Also know when to cloak: cloak when he fires his weapons, not from the start. This way he weapons won't only need to recharge completely but the shots he fired will also (mostly) all miss.

You can go my preferred route, suck it up and save the scrap for shields - usually, you can buy them in the middle region of sector 2.
