What's a Bill Lawrence USA L500XL measure out at? Re: Differences between the Bill Lawrence L500 models? In ascending output: C=Clean. R=Rhythm. L=Lead. XL=Face Melting. No preference, but I would probably go with an L in the bridge and something from DiMarzio like an Evolution in the neck. Last edited by gregory; 02-15-2018, 03:36 PM . Pickups don't "take" gain.
