OSI biography Founded in the USA in 2002 O.S.I. (stands for: Office Of Strategic Influence) was originally conceived as a side Project of talented guitarist and songwriter JIM MATHEOS (FATES WARNING).His 17 minutes single track was used as a demo sent to the musicians he wanted to get involved with, approaching MIKE PORTNOY (DREAM THEATER) and KEVIN MOORE (ex-Dream Theater, CHROMA KEY) separately.
