Four infrastructures of the cathedral will be renovated: the bell tower, the galvanized tower, the walls and the roof tiles. When it first opened in 1880, the cathedral only had the bell tower, designed similarly as the one at the Notre-Dame de Paris. In 1985, the cathedral saw two galvanized towers installed, with two 127-year-old crosses on top.
